Greetings from wet Wales! I have got a 2003 Ranger 500 petrol, I have replaced the stator, coil, CDI unit, HT lead and spark plug, but still no spark, can anyone suggest anything to help? I have the same issue. Did you find any solutions? I've tried new stator, ignition coil, spark plug wire, cap and spark plug.Make sure you have a good ground at the coil. No electrical power. Was mounting a Champion Winch to 2015 Polaris Ranger 570 Midsize. Needed to find a hotwire off the ignition to splice into for the remote switch. Used a meter to check the back of the ignition. Probed the first connection on the left of the ignition (as you look from the front), lights came on then lost all electrical power.
