Switch atmosphere sigpatches.

Hi guys i need a little bit of help after i updated my switch and install the atmosphere update and sigpatches everything runs great but my question is when i go to system settings in OFW it says 16.1.0 but on CFW it still says 16.0.3.I have been itching to play the new omori on my nintendo switch (as it's summer and my gpd win will burn itself while playing) and I'm having the usual sigpatches problem when downloading through tinfoil. I used AIO updater for updating Atmosphere , hekate and sigpatches (without overwriting the ini file) and game kept being unplayable.Nintendo describes sigpatches as “circumvention software” and states that the distribution of sigpatches amounts to trafficking in circumvention devices, a violation of 17 U.S. Code § 1201(2).Ok so my switch is running latest sigpatches and running latest hakate. No matter what shop I use tinfoil downloads of games and updates will show 0mbps download speed for a moment then fail. I’ve tried reinstalling tinfoil, checking for updates on sigs and such but no dice.
