Today was a great day to be a Vegetarian I went to Cafe Zupas for the first time, it was busy. However the staff were very helpful, nice and friendly. I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Salad minus the chicken with the Cilantro Glaze talking delicious with mixed greens, black beans, grape tomato's, cheese, roasted corn and other yummy vegeggies.This Cafe Zupas is the new location by the East Towne Mall. Even though it's new, the service is fantastic, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is really nice. I was expecting it to have a bunch of kinks to work out being a new location.
