Currently running 37x12.50x20 Nitto Ridge Grapplers on Ultra 226 Machine wheels with a +18 offset. Full lock is 40 degrees turning angle and these rub at about 38, on the sway bar.USA. There are dozens of folks on FB groups who confirmed that 37 12.50s still rub on the sway bar. So while 37s clear the control arms they don’t always clear the sway bar on 23s. It depends if your particular SD truck front axle is perfectly centered from factory.

Drop down brackets in the front with a shackle reversal, and springs. In the rear go to the ford dealer and buy (2) front/rear spring hangers (the front hanger for the rear springs). There aren't too many 12.50s that will fit 8" rims based on factory documentation. The Toyo R/T and M/Ts, for example, require an 8.5 minimum. The A/T III will do fine with a spec of 8" minimum.
