I ended up getting it to work. I edited the half second timers down to 0.3 for 3 release and the space press after. This should cancel into the glide that inherits the momentum from the swipe, carrying you much farther forward than a normal sword swipe. You can still combo a glide into the end of this, and bhop off the ground to maintain momentum from the sword skate. Considering the only way to reliably Titan Skate is to use those options, no. Even in PC they have messed with the timing so that they can't just spam the scroll wheel to skate fast. You need to know the new timings to skate properly without any options. Which isn't reliable or consistent on console in anyway.
