This mod aims to fix that. Now sacrificing half your Health and Stamina will actually be worth it. Corrupted Strength: Now gives a proper 5% bonus damage per attribute instead of the cringe 1%. Wrack now reduces targets damage by 50% instead of 20%. Corrupted Vitality: Multiplied the hp regen (outside of combat) by 8 per attribute point.

Each point corrupted gives you 2.5% corruption. And as far as I know, there is no actual way to see the percentage in-game.
Corrupting it to 15 still means your authority is 20, it's just corrupted up to 15. The very first corrupted perk in any attritibute is based on how corrupted that attribute is, but that is the only instance where the actual corruption value matters.
