Sorry if this isn’t purely on-topic, but I just bought a used Bolt which has pink/purple CAV decals already applied. I see from the relevant DMV page that these stickers have now expired. I’m not especially familiar with the CAV program, and getting carpool lane access wasn’t really a factor in my decision to buy the car.
I would honestly try to inquire about it and see if your vehicle may have been processed as a CAV already and maybe the stickers somehow got lost in the mail. Did you see if your check ever cleared?
