A more accurate valuation is a multiple of EBITDA. A higher growth company should be > 10X but we do not know the proforma financials post roll up. Having said that, a conservative price to sales multiple of 4 based on 2022 calendar sales of $250m is a market cap of $1B or about $3 bucks a share. 2.
