Jack's Story. YMCA Member since 2013. My name is Jack. I am a 79 year old male with full blown, stage four prostate cancer. I was diagnosed September 2017. For the most part the cancer is in my big bones: femurs, pelvis, hips, sternum, ribs, spine and also my lymph nodes. My medication is working.
