I received an offer for free Peacock Premium through Xfinity Rewards due to my Platinum status. I claimed the reward and received instructions to click "Activate Now" within Xfinity Assistant. When I clicked Xfinity Assistant, no "Activate Now" option showed up. I checked multiple times, and "Activate Now" is still not visibile.I have only internet from Xfinity, but my rewards show that I can upgrade to Peacock Premium for free. I did that this morning on my Fire TV, only to find out that I was charged by Amazon.
