All building has stopped, Productivity maxed at $1,000,000 a day, maintenance $0 per day, citizen happiness 100%. There must be more to come. No, that's all. You do what they give you and you wait 24 hours to debrief/see completed buildings, and then you get new missions. Maybe they got some surprise up their sleeve, but I wouldn't hold your breath.
