Well, Corrupted Vitality is good for the first 9 levels. The Grotesque Excrescence perk heals more than the Fierce Vitality. Other than that, not worth losing the Fast Healer perk. Corrupted Authority is amazing if you corrupt 19 levels and choose the Well-Trained perk, since it affects all combat followers.

Just be aware that taking any damage will stop your heal, so make sure you have some time to actually drink the potion and let it heal you before you get hit.
