Between taking COMSAE 109 and 106, I had three weeks and bumped my score up (528 --> 584). During this time, I focused on getting as many UWorld questions (~1200 in this time) in with solid question review and got through Savarese twice.

To answer part of my own question: Comsae 108 is very straight forward and repetitive with questions (uses the same stem in later blocks and asks a different question about it) 111 is more like a real test to me. Update for lurkers/those that care: We just received the feedback from yesterday's COMSAE 103b. Average was a 460 with a standard deviation of 80. Median score of 450.
