So far I have done this and found: 1. Put aircon on at tickover, disconnected the main fan supply connector and checked for 12v - nothing on any terminal (I know not all are supposed to be live). 2. Checked fuse condiction (40A Green & 50A Red) and both buzzed out ok on the tester.

Just wants a manual start for you to see important messages. It will also not work if the hood is up. Check to see if the hood sensor plunger or whatever is not cracked or bent.
