Seems like the 1st batch of the PSA MD mags had plastic flashing that was hanging up the follower at the mag catch area inside the mag. My 2 have a little bit of flashing but work just fine. The S15 mags have worked just fine for me in four different G48s so maybe the PSA mags will work okay too.
