Psychic gives you good cantrips. Like, really good cantrips. Captivator is probably the strongest option you can pick for higher levels. Nets you 1 extra action per turn and the spells use the same DC as your Bard spells. Most people believe the dedication level needs an errata and that it should be level 2, btw.

Sorcerer/Bard Dedication is always great. Get all the buff spells. Champion Dedication is good on any class, but Thaum gets to absolutely wreck people with Retributive Strike. Strength. Bard is already one of the strongest classes. That 1 action Cantrip to give the entire team +1 to hit and damage is an action well spent. They definitely don't need a buff. I'm surprised they already buffed them by giving them all martial weapons though admittedly they already had a fair number (more than rogues even).
