Spinning wheel should proc bleed faster and proc the winged sword talismans. It works pretty well on a quality build, but you have to lean into charged attacks instead of spinning wheel. Charged attacks leave the weapon spinning for a bit, and this procs bleed at normally and winged sword talismans while spinning wheel doesn’t.

Just to clarify further: When wielding any other weapon, for example my Grafted greatsword, the armament damage is 496, and levelling STR or DEX does increase R Armament 1.
