Ikelos_smg was from like season 10 or 11, it's season 15 now so there are 4-5 seasons worth of world drops that have a higher chance to drop than ikelos_smg. So it's a rare drop now, banshee or dares of eternity are your best bet. It's a random world drop. Very annoying to get and even more annoying to farm.
