I never got to know the reason why I was ever deactivated or a chance to explain my appeal. Now, I tried reapplying to Spark. I had to put my phone number when trying to apply, and the website told me I had a Spark driver account based on my phone number. However, the email I used for spark no longer have a spark driver account attached to it.
