I am looking for possible solutions to my problem. I have a 2004 Prius with 180,000 miles. Original HV battery still good. I have the following codes. Current: P3191, P0A0F. History: B1200, B1271. ICe died while on highway with 2 bars on gas gauge. Triangle, exclamation, MFd "turtle," and check engine light came on.2008 Prius. C1241 is low 12 volt battery output. Check the voltage of the battery with a meter at the battery or the jump point with the car off. Also check the negative cable where it is fastened to the bodywork below the rear light for corrosion and tightness. P3191 Engine failed to start.Checked Techstream and before turning on the engine I got these codes: (P3190, P3191, U029A). After turning engine on it showed these: (P3190, P0A0F, C1259, C1310, U0155) Watched a Youtube vid that says if the codes P3190, P3191, & P0A0F are present then it is NOT an HV battery issue and it is the engine failing to regenerate …It has also thrown p3191 and p1455 and p0302 in the past few days.
