Like I can easily output 4x more damage than the average person having trouble in this fight without going out of my way. The problem with Okumura is a problem with the entire game, pacing and the games ability to inform you of its mechanics. this is my first persona game and I’ve beat the first 4 palace boss fight after trying a few times again but for this palace I waited until the last week to secure the infiltration route and on the 4th day I send the calling card and I went to fight the boss with low levels (37) and now I can only go back a week so I can’t even grind
