The KSG is an interesting gun, but Kel-Tec really just needs to pay somebody else to do production and QC on their guns. They come up with nifty ideas that they then poorly execute on. You pretty much pry off your old one and push in this one and you're good to go (though the instructions suggest unscrewing the retaining frame).
