There are just not enough Accord CVTs with a lot of miles (over 75k miles) to know what problems these CVTs will have. You can't fix problems if you don't know what they are. Honda Odyssey (1999-2004) had a lot of transmission failures but they did not occur untill 60k-80k miles. I drove to the end of my road to a stop sign and the trans would not engage after hearing a weird grinding noise when slowing down to a stop. It made the noise going through P-S on the gear lever.
