Radar, I haven't added fans or anything else for cooling purposes and I have nothing against EITMS. I actually like the concept of EITMS. However, after riding a while on semi-shaded 2 lanes @ 45-55 mph in 5th gear on a day that is 70*-80* I believe my motor is getting all the air it needs to stay cool--then come to a red light and as soon as I am at idle the EITMS kicks in.
