It could be something to do with your Switch that's causing the corruption (I personally don't think that's it), but its more likely the sd card ...

I’m downloading Sea of Stars on my Switch’s SD card, but it fails at the end of the download every saying corrupt data was found. I figured the SD card was the problem, but all the other games on said SD card work fine. However to be sure, I reformatted the SD card. The problem still persists and I can’t figure out what the problem is.
