There isn't really much to lose in DMZ, everything can be replaced extremely quickly, new streaks (when they decide to make them work) will take a touch longer, not terribly long though as youll be able to just load in each match and do hostage and get out. Boom, one more streak, one more perk.

Switch to stuck operator. Finish a contract and exfil. Sometimes the exfil streak gets bugged. Failing to exfil or changing operator in that slot will fix it (by resetting it to zero so you can start again). Some people have had luck fixing it by changing operator skin and/or finisher. Basically: good luck.
