Continual rolling list.
The commissioner of our league changed the waiver procedure to "Weekly rolling list based on standings" this year. Most managers did not fully understand what this meant and now there is a bit of upheaval (especially since the commissioner is ranked last after Week 1 and now gets the #1 waiver spot this week).
I thought I made the change to FAB w/ Continual rolling list prior to the draft, but not sure if I simply forgot to save or it defaulted back to the regular Continual rolling list. Is it possible to have this changed after the season has started?
