edit: it's roughly the same for DLC, except choose "Manage DLC", and for mods you choose "Open Mods Directory" and then copy all your individual mod folders there. There's no turning mods on and off with checkboxes like with yuzu, you just leave out or remove mods from that folder if you want them disabled.
