So, Fedex apparently lost my steam deck.. Its been on the truck out for delivery for a few days and Fedex claims they dont know whats going on. What they do is bid the routes out and whoever comes in the lowest gets the route. Its hard to notice because they still drive fedex trucks and wear fedex uniforms but if you look on the truck it should have something like JR's trucking or XPV delviery.After submitting a BB complaint against FedEx, a customer service complaint, and several trace team/QA agents the only thing I gained was a headache. I understand that this experience is wrong and frustrating, but as long as you hang in there you will get a Steam Deck. If there's anyone to blame for this, it's Valve for choosing to use FedEx, or for choosing third party logistics that uses FedEx.
