Something similar happened to me. I started a run with 5 recruits in Hub, all stats were in 1. I gave all the iron sticks to 1 person, carried 1 person to grind early str, and dismissed the other 3. I sold most of my med kits, bought some foods, set the iron stick dude to follow someone in Hub, and went AFK for about 3-4 days in game.Is it possible to rename characters. Open the menu by pressing Y, T, or other hotkeys that I can't remember, click on the Squads tab, click on the Nameless_0 box in the squad list, and rename it. Essentially, that Nameless_0 is (your faction name)_ (squad number), since we start as a Nameless faction. You can change your faction name in the Faction tab as well.
