honestly, to me the hydroid rework was a dissapointment. most of the tweaks they made were entirely obvious tweaks, some of them aren't even that good (for example, your tentacle swarm makes enemies not targetable by abilities, dagath's wyrd scythes for example can't hit enemies grappled by tentacle swarm and tempest barrage …
