Different muscles, arms, breast sizes, how each part looks at different weights, etc. You can do it all yourself, but at this point there's a preset for every taste. To save a preset in LooksMenu simply hit the presets button, select the current preset and save. If the presets button is greyed-out, you have the wrong version of LooksMenu.
