It has a solid red globe. Unplugged for 2 minutes, replugged, etc. The ONT(?) box has only 2 lights on it- an orange Power light and a red Fiber light. I've unplugged connections, replugged, power cycled, etc. No storms happening, next door neighbors FIOS works fine as does others in the building.
