Overall, I'd say that Burst is usually better. Bandit is usually at close enough range that Burst hits enough pellets to match or exceed Blast in base damage, and he does have another long-range attack in his special. However, for long runs, where Bandit falls behind and proc chains dominate, Blast will end up stronger.
It's also an AOE and it applies a pretty strong DOT. It's not busted good, it's just a solid ability. There's a relativly easy one if you wanna use artifacts. Take command and sacrifice and use a gold portal. Once there you farm 10 crit glasses and at least 19 mags with sacrifice. Don't forget to pick up the chests that spawn with the map. I've been going at runs for 3 hours over and over and I feel like I'm hitting my head against a brick wall.
